The first step is to reach out via email (link above) to schedule a quick phone call so that we can chat to see if my qualifications fit your needs.  If it's a good match, we will move forward in scheduling a Consultation Session. 


I am currently offering Consultation Sessions via FaceTime, Zoom, or GoogleMeet. If you are new to these platforms, that's not a problem, let me know and I’ll walk you through it!


During our Consultation Session, we’ll discuss your current situation, goals and desires, relevant medical history, lifestyle behaviors, frustrations and obstacles. I will then conduct an initial movement evaluation. Lastly, we’ll go over my recommendations, our options for working together, rate packages, and a plan to move forward.


Consultation Session Cost: $150


To start, you will need: 

  • A sturdy chair or stool 
  • Open space about the size of a Yoga mat
  • A device (phone, tablet, computer) that supports FaceTIme or Zoom or GoogleMeet (which I can help you familiarize yourself with)
  • A Cell or WiFi connection 
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn


After we complete your Consultation Session, we may decide that you should get a few things (think a couple of bands, a mat, etc.) to help you achieve your goals.  I'm a minimalist when it comes to props, weights, etc. and will work with you to decide your level of interest in adding things along the way.


The most impressive piece of fitness equipment ever created was your own body, so that is where we start- learning how to use it well on its own. 


Absolutely.  If you can turn on your phone/tablet/laptop/computer...you can train with me online.  I've introduced many folks to this style of training successfully and thus figured out how to make the process painless and enjoyable.

Please note that all sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 6 months from date of purchase.


Cancellations must be made before 7PM the day prior to the scheduled session to avoid being charged for that session.

  • would like to know how to take care of your body so that it will best support your personal lifestyle and day-to-day activities and so that you can move through both the world and all the seasons of your life with ease and agility


  • aren't a huge fan of gym settings


  • are seeking an effortless healthy relationship with food and drink that nourishes your body AND mind without feeling deprived 


  • would like to embrace lifestyle behaviors that both positively impact your health and naturally fit into your current life with the least amount of gadgetry, contraptions, imposition, extra effort, drudgery, or deviation from enjoyment


  • are open to learning about simple stress management techniques and components of the mind/body connection that resonate with you (i.e. breath work, meditation, Yoga)


  • are interested in how to adapt your mindset and lifestyle behaviors as the seasons change to best support your health

  • The development and execution of corporate wellness programs focused on building a culture that supports healthy lifestyle and stress management behaviors while working from home or office

  • Designing the layout of corporate or home fitness facilities
